Objectives

  • Set up a WhatsApp channel for participants to interact with the promotion.

Analysis and Planning

The project had several specific requirements. The client wanted participants to scan a QR code that directed them to a WhatsApp chat, where they could submit their personal information and upload a receipt as proof of purchase. The system needed to verify the receipt and assign points to participants based on eligible purchases.

Our goal was to make this process as smooth and user-friendly as possible. We integrated advanced technologies, including AI, to streamline the flow. Additionally, we set up a service to manage the leaderboard and participant data, ensuring that the latest information on participation and location was always available. Real-time analytics allowed the client to track the promotion's success at any moment.

System Architecture

We designed an independent system architecture for each step of the process to ensure that everything worked seamlessly. By decoupling each component, we ensured that no delays occurred in the workflow.

Advanced technology integration ensured that participants would not face any issues while interacting with the promotion. A private dashboard was created for team members to access relevant data regarding participation, scores, and other metrics, giving the team full visibility into the promotion’s progress.

Integration and Testing

Each technology was put through rigorous QA testing to ensure a smooth experience for participants. Since the system involved image analysis (receipt scanning), our main focus was on deep testing to guarantee that valid entries were accepted and invalid ones were rejected. Continuous monitoring of the system ensured that any errors were promptly addressed, maintaining the integrity of the promotion.

Conclusion

This project was complex, involving multiple technologies working in tandem. We successfully delivered a fully functional system that allowed Coors Light to reach a wide audience, achieving their goals while maintaining the desired features and objectives. The promotion ran smoothly, providing the company with real-time insights and ensuring a positive participant experience.
