Analysis and planning


Client requirement:
Dr. Rosy sought a website overhaul to better reflect their brand identity and provide an improved user experience that would drive sales and strengthen their online presence. After aligning with Dr. Rosy on business goals and industry trends, we outlined a plan focusing on aesthetic improvements, UX optimization, and performance enhancements, with a key emphasis on integrating marketing and analytics tools.

System architecture


We customized a Shopify template to align with Dr. Rosy’s branding, creating key pages that highlighted the cosmetic and skincare products. The architecture focused on speed optimization by compressing images and reducing loading times, ensuring a responsive design across all devices. Additionally, the platform was structured to support future marketing and social media integrations, enhancing the site's visibility and effectiveness.

Integration and testing


Integration of essential features:We implemented marketing tools such as social media buttons to boost visibility, and integrated analytics to track user behavior and campaign performance. For the UX side, we optimized the navigation to ensure users could easily find and purchase products, while improving the overall browsing experience.
