Strategy And Execution:
I. Internal Part of the Application:
- Registration Systems: Enhancements were implemented in the registration systems to streamline the user experience during the registration process. This included simplifying forms and integrating secure authentication methods.
- Terms and Conditions: A logic was developed to manage the terms and conditions of platform use, ensuring that users have access to updated versions and can accept the latest revisions.
- Front-End: Work was carried out on the front-end to enhance the user interface in the private section of the application. This included updating the user interface to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

Back-End and Front-End Refactoring:A major restructuring was done to optimize back-end logic, including improvements in data handling and implementing robust systems for managing terms, services, and property management for landlords and tenants. While enhancements were made to the marketplace landing page, these haven't been used yet but are available for future updates. This ongoing improvement process highlights a commitment to delivering a high-quality user experience.
